Just because kids don't have the reputation for being the most fashionable (unless they belong to celebrities, in which case all bets are off), that doesn't give celebs attending the Kids' Choice Awards an excuse for questionable outfits. With the 28th annual show coming up on March 28, we're flashing back to the worst style offenders deserving of a good slime.
