Cate Blanchett on Cannes Lesbian Drama 'Carol': "It's Not 'Blue Is the Warmest Color'"

Cate Blanchett doubted that Too Haynes' adaptation of Patricia Highsmith's landmark lesbian novella "The Price of Salt" would ever hit theaters. Film4 acquired rights way back in 2000, and several directors fell on and off the project.
