For film festival junkies, the first wave of programming announced for Fantastic Fest didn’t exactly light up the world. A world premiere of “Bone Tomahawk” and Sion Sono’s latest are nothing to turn one’s nose up, but the festival punditry crowd hot for big premieres or major titles were left a little cold.
