Sundance NEXT FEST Happens This Weekend in L.A.

At their annual retreat, the traditional internal kick-off for the big Sundance Film Festival this January, programmer Charlie Reff was able to take some time to talk with me about NEXT FEST. My colleague Carlos Aguilar has already written about this big L.A. event here, so I will cover other areas and fill in on the music components of the film program. Each film is its own event so that audiences will go to one film and not necessarily all films.
