Exclusive: No Budget Film Festival Announces 2015 Lineup

The 6th annual No Budget Film Festival, being held this year in Barnsdall Park in Los Feliz, California, has revealed its lineup for 2015. The one-day festival, taking place on October 18, will present 25 short films, which include several world premieres and curated selections of low-to-no budget shorts from prestigious festivals around the world.
